Reduce Waste and Cost with The LXT Range

The LXT range, due to the life extending technology applied, means it lasts longer than other gloves and is certified washable for 3 washes. This results in lower costs in use per day. Helping you to save money, whilst also reducing waste. The LXT gloves are tested to EN388 2016 after being laundered so we know that there is no reduction in the mechanical performance of the gloves after washing.

So what is LXT Treatment and Engineering?

Traffi have invested in state of the art yarn engineering which maximises glove life performance - triple wrapping the fibre core of the TG1240, TG3240, TG5240 and TG6240 - spinning the thread a total of 9,000 times! During the engineering process the glove fibres are coated and bonded with the patent LXT formula.

As verified by the Sustainable Futures Group our CO₂e footprint calculations for LXT gloves include all raw material, their processing, and shipment to the manufacturing plant.

These calculations also include all manufacturing processes and operations including packaging and transportation to the factory gates. The additional CO₂e footprint from the factory gates to our UK customers is then covered within our Traffi operational carbon Neutral certification. This outstanding accomplishment has been achieved in a number of ways including investing in energy efficient patented technology to drive down energy consumption, processing more raw materials locally and reducing our reliance on fossil fuels.
