If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase and you wish to return an item to Arco, we offer three simple ways to do this.
Whether you're simply unhappy with your purchase or the goods are faulty, our simple to follow returns process allows you to return your items to us easily.
If you're not happy with your purchase or have changed your mind, let us know within 10 calendar days of receiving/collecting your goods and we can issue a refund for the cost of goods and delivery, subject to the following condition:
If your goods are defective simply return the item to us. If we find upon inspection that the goods are deemed defective, we will refund the cost of the goods and delivery. Should you wish to discuss the potential fault or product specification then please call our Customer Service Team for further advice & support.
