Frequently asked questions

Why do I need to use a different website?
Our online customisation tool is only available on our new website (new.arco.co.uk). We'll transfer you to this website when you select "Add logo/text" on a product page.
Can I purchase on my account?
Unfortunately, at this stage, we cannot accept online payment on account. You will be asked to pay using a credit or debit card. If you wish to pay on account, please contact us.
Why is my email address not accepted on the new website?
If you have an account and wish to purchase using the new online customisation tool, you will be asked to supply a unique email address that isn't used on an existing account. If you don't have an alternative email address you can use for this purpose, please contact us to pay on account.
Am I able to access my existing Arco account after purchasing?
Yes, you only need to use the new website to access the new customisation tool. To see your purchase lists, account information and order history, simply log in to arco.co.uk as usual.
What products can I customise with a logo or embroidery?
Choose from over 65,000 customisable clothing items, including t-shirts, polo shirts, jumpers, coats, jackets, trousers, shorts, vests, bodywarmers, waistcoats and hi-vis clothing. We stock customisable clothing in a wide variety of colours, styles and sizes to meet your exact requirements.
How long does it take to receive customised products?
Due to the nature of customised products, your order will take a little longer to arrive than a regular order. However, from the moment you check out, we aim to deliver your order within seven working days. If you require a digital proof, this will add a further working day to your expected delivery date. This will be reflected in the delivery date on your order confirmation.
What file formats are accepted for logo uploads?
We accept the following file formats: PNG, JPEG, TIFF, WebP, HEIF or HEIC. The maximum allowable file size is 25MB.
Are there any discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. The discounts applied to orders over a certain quantity are displayed clearly on each product page.
Can I use the same logo across multiple products?
Yes. Once uploaded, it's easy to use the same logo across multiple products.
