How do I order my prescription for safety eyewear?

SEAMLESS Vision keeps things simple, so you can order in no time. Once you have ordered your SEAMLESS Vision voucher, you will either:

    • Receive an email with ordering credentials (Virtual version)
    • Have your physical voucher in hand (Physical version)

On either, you will find the ordering platform URL, as well as a single use serial number and Key ID which will enable you to enter the platform.

Before login in, make sure you have by your side a valid prescription (less than 2 years old) as well as a standard size card (eg. credit card or Seamless physical card).

    1. Follow the online prompt to enable the platform to calculate your eye measurements virtually
    2. Test all available frames and select your preferred one
    3. Pick the lens shade and coating of your choice
    4. Upload your prescription and fill in your contact details.
    5. Validate your order and receive your new eyewear within 10 days.
What is included in the price?

Each code is valid for a certified prescription eyewear, including a cloth, a hard case and shipping fees. Not included in the cost are eye test fees.

What lens types are available through Seamless?

Both Single vision and Progressive lenses are available through Seamless. Thanks to the use of cutting-edge glazing technology, the progressive lenses do not require any height measurement while offering an extra wide corridor for a smooth visual transition.

How can I be sure that the product will fit me?

SEAMLESS Vision's system is based on a digital calculation of your face measures. To do so, a standard card size is used as a control measure. The virtual try-on is therefore based on live data, ensuring an accuracy of 98%. All frames' precise measures are also available on Bollé Safety's website if you wish to be certain.

Already using prescription eyewear? Check for a marking on your current frame (2 or 3 figures. Eg. 58 16 125). The first number equals to the lens width, the second to the width between the two lenses and the third to the temple length. If you feel comfortable with your current equipment, look for a model with the same base, and with an identical size.

What happens if there is an issue with the received equipment?

There is a 2-year warranty period (wear and tear not included). In case you believe there is an issue with your product, please contact customer service Please note that it's common for vision to take a few days to adjust to curved eyewear (base 6 or base 8). At first, things may appear slightly blurrier compared to base 4 eyewear due to the greater curvature of the lenses.
