This electrical panel lockout cover is designed to fit snuggly over buttons on electrical panels to prevent any accidental use. This panel cover has two stages of operation; firstly, the base plate should be attached over the relevant switch and directly onto the panel via the adhesive backing and secondly, the housing unit should be fitted over the top of the base plate and padlocked, preventing access to the switch.
