• Lockout cover used specifically to prevent access to main cylinder valves
• Unit encloses the valve head and locks with two interlocking panels
• Features clear “DANGER cylinder locked out/this lockout device may only be removed by:” labelling with a space to fill in with relevant details
• Supplied with two additional labels
• Can be locked out using standard padlocks, available separately
• Interior size: 84mm x 150mm
• Accepts neck-rings with a diameter up to 34mm
• Allows you to physically isolate equipment to prevent them being re-energised or to stop the release of stored energy
• Dangerous energy types include electricity, hydraulic, mechanical, thermal, pneumatic and potential energy
• Should be used as part of a planned LOTO programme and/or procedure designed to reduce the risks involved with maintaining, cleaning or repairing equipment
