• Includes 48 padlocks, one 25mm hasp, one 38mm hasp, twenty “do not operate” lockout tags, twenty “do not start” lockout tag, twenty “do not open” lockout tags and twenty “caution out of order” lockout tags
• Should be located wherever it is deemed most appropriate for its desired purpose, such as next to the equipment to be locked out, a maintenance department or in a central location
• The absence of any equipment is immediately apparent, and the missing items can be traced or replenished
• Additional items available separately
