• Work at Height Regulations 2005 state that ‘equipment for working at height is properly inspected and maintained’, this includes MEWPs (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms), scissor lifts, booms and cherry pickers
• A daily pre-work inspection should be carried out and recorded on this tag
• In the event of equipment failing an inspection, remove insert and inform a supervisor
• The AssetTag MAX holder should be permanently fixed to the equipment in a suitable safe place
• AssetTag MAX holders available separately
