These ProGARM hi-vis flame-retardant electric-arc overalls combine purpose and practicality. By law, railways workers are required to wear orange hi-vis to ensure higher standards of safety, but these overalls go far beyond that necessity by also providing a level of protection against flames, heat and arc flashes. • Multi-norm work overalls made from VXS+ inherently flame-retardant 240g/m² fabric, which doesn’t reduce in protection overtime and remains soft
• Ideal for jobs where protective personal equipment providing electrical safety and high-visibility is mandatory
• Provides protection against hazardous welding techniques that may cause low levels of spatter and radiant heat, as well as limited flame spread, convective heat, radiant heat and contact heat
• Orange hi-vis fabric also features 5cm-wide antistatic reflective tape to ensure others can spot the wearer even in low-light conditions
• Certified by the Rail Industry Standard for high visibility clothing
• In addition to ensuring the wearer is seen for safety reasons, this garment also makes it easier for the wearer to be identified by others
• To maintain effectiveness, this clothing should be kept clean, checked regularly for defects and replaced if damaged
