Suction and delivery hoses, or S&D hoses, are designed for transferring media not only via gravity, but also by using negative pressure to act like a vacuum without collapsing, crushing or kinking under pressure. This Alfagomma hose is certified as food-safe to facilitate the safe and hygienic transfer of foodstuffs or beverages. Primarily designed for use with fatty foods, it features steel wire reinforcements and an abrasion-resistant cover.

• Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) tube with reinforcements made from high-tensile textile cords with embedded steel helix wire
• Blue NBR/PVC cover that's resistant to abrasion, ozone and oil
• Pressure: 10 bar (150psi)
• Free from phthalates and BPA
• Phthalates are chemicals manufactured to improve flexibility and durability, however they are not REACH-approved
• Sterilise with 130°C steam for 30 minutes of with 5% soda solution
