This inherently flame-retardant jacket offers protection against electric-arc flash so it’s ideal for welders and related trades. • Antistatic arc-flash jacket made from 300g/m² fabric (54% modacrylic, 45% TENCEL lyocell, 1% AST)
• TENCEL lyocell is made from wood fibres from sustainably managed sources and grown without chemical fertilisers and pesticides, using 21 times less water than growing cotton
• Provides protection against hazardous welding techniques that may cause low levels of spatter and radiant heat, as well as some levels of flame spread, convective heat and contact heat
• Features two patched chest pockets and two patched slanted pockets with flap closed by concealed press studs, and one inside pocket, in addition to two loops for gas detectors
• Has 50mm double-stitched flame-retardant reflective striping, which aims to ensure to the wearer remains visible to others even in low-light conditions
• Additional electric-arc workwear available separately
